Well I moved to Oregon last year and just started networking with a few Realtors in the area learning which Counties are developing and looking for mixed use and small multifam opportunities.

I'll be listing a ranchette in Santa Maria, CA in Jan 2025 before I make my final exit from CA! It's my first deal I've worked on as an investor so I'll be actively marketing on BP and SM soon as I have it ready. 

That was the long answer... :)

DALLAS TX is my focus for 2025/26!! If I come across something irresistible in OR, I will surely pursue as well. I'm READY to learn, try, and grow!
