Rehab old victorian for a Bed and Breakfast focused on travelers with pets (dogs) in the pacific northwest (particularly Washington). It would be old Victorian style with modern twists.

My name is Nichole and I am currently located in Centralia, WA. Me and my long time friend are only a matter of weeks into our new venture in real estate investing. I found many references to this site in replies to articles I have been reading and decided to check it out. I liked it.

Not really good at this whole introduction stuff but getting out of my comfort zone is my top goal right now.

Don't have a focus at this time but I know rehabs are a big interest to me.
