I wear several hats to make a living....a couple of which are in real estate. I'm a part time agent, part time appraiser, part time landlord, and part time home flipper. LOL.

I really enjoy all aspects of real estate, but during these uneasy times, landlording is really taking the steam out of me!

I currently have four investment properties and up until now, the results were great. At this point, just keeping the properties occupied is my number one goal...but I never settle for lack-luster tenants.
