I started looking into personal lines of credit after listening to show 311.  Would this hurt my ability to obtain a mortgage?  Someone told me this is the case, but after researching it it sounds like it is a myth.  Thank you!

Hi, it is that time of year for college students like myself to start looking for 2017 summer internships.  I am curious if anyone has any suggestions on certain positions or career fields that would closely relate to real estate investing that I could look in to.  Just a side note, I am a finance student and want to eventually earn all my money through real estate investing. Thanks for your time and any advice you have I will greatly appreciate it.

Hi, I am currently a sophomore in college and have been listening to a lot of the Bigger Pockets podcasts.  My goal is to buy my first property near one of the universities here in Arizona in two years (when I graduate college).  Does anyone have any tips on how I could safely start building my credit score now to set me up nicely in a few years? Thank you.
