I have a small construction co. I opened at the beginning of last year but flipping is my passion. I know a lot of people in the business and as far as subs. Go. I have a realtor I'm working with right now. I have a partner that was trying to be the lender but the bank is giving him a hard time on lending so we are looking for a investor and forget the bank.

Having trouble with the bank and trying to find a local investor. How hard is it to get people to invest in a new company.
