I have been seeing alot of nice REO property in the areas I am targeting. However, I was trying to get some ideas on which ones are dealing and which ones have their heads up their a##...

I plan on buying with cash and informing them that my offer is valid for 72 hrs.

Hi all_cash. I am concentrating in the far west side of Houston (Katy, Cypress) at first since that is close to where I live.

The heat and humidity really does suck.

I assume that you have been to a few events?
I'm driving a 95 BMW M3 at the autocrosses. I have been going to the one down in TX City as well as the BMW club ones in the north side of town.

Hello, I am from Houston and I am getting started in RE investing. I came across this forum while researching some topics on REI. I am a self employed IT Network Consultant by trade and I am looking to learn more and make new contacts. I plan on doing both my consulting and REI for awhile until the investing takes off and I can quit the rat race.
I also enjoy snowboarding and cars ( specifically for track days and autocross).
