Content and value rule the day. Make sure that once they open your first email, you give them a reason to look forward to hearing from you.

My goal with real estate investing is to build a debt-free portfolio of income producing properties that I can pass along to my children.

Like some of you, I have had success with real estate investments but have also had my share of mistakes, bad luck, and just plain bad deals. What advice would you give to someone starting out with real estate investments? What do you wish you had known prior to your first move into the marketplace?
