I had the same issue also still kinda dealing with the issue. The city tax clearance system is horrible it will just shut you out with no notice. I just recently had to deal with them to renew my rental license and trust me I know it’s hard to reach someone in customer service that knows anything. The best thing to do is go down town to their office to talk to someone that can tell you exactly what need to be done but that may also be hard during these Covid times. Keep trying!

Hello Christopher, I just moved to south Jersey not too long myself. I’m originally from Pennsylvania but I would do a meet and greet for coffee etc. I’m also looking for good deals in area myself.

Landlord regulations is increasing more and more in Philly.. will it be as profitable to stay in Philly or will it be time to start buying somewhere else? What do you think?

Congratulations Eric for being able to save that much. Income qualification all depends on how long you had jobs or are they w2 jobs or 1099. 1099 jobs require 2 years to count as income. Either way you’re on the right path.

It’s not easy to get money from them but once you do anything in the relationship along with the above you should be good
