Hi @Will Melton. I believe you can do quiet a lot with the digital marketing experience you have. RE industry is continually evolving and this DM & RE actually is a great match. You should start with a website and have all the basic/known Social Media palforms i.e. Facebook, Twitter etc complimenting that website.  Customers irrespective would like to have the due diligence done in 95% of the cases these days.  I think you would not take much time in having your Social Media presence up and running. Go for it and best of luck.

My issue as a buyer would be with the property seller if he or she can't prove their VALID LEGAL TITLE of the property that is for sale. As a buyer, I would want to make sure that i have the right to full property ownership.

Hi Brent, Thank you.  If you are referring to my earlier post, I thought of the forum i placed my post as the best available out of others. Have been told just now but a Senior member of BP to review the guidelines which i will do just after this reply. This post has been thoughtfully posted though.

One of the questions business owners most often ask me is, “How do I take my group to the next level?” My usual response is, “What’s holding you back?”

Money, time, sales, marketing, and all the other business areas play a part, but when it comes to growing your business, without a system to develop people, you are throwing rocks in a pond and hoping to catch fish. If you have enough rocks, you will eventually get lucky and hit something, but most business owners don’t have very many rocks to toss away blindly.
