Hello Everyone!

Recently I received a mail from a loan company saying i was prequalified for up to 35$k credit line. I want to be a real estate investor using a mixture of buy and hold and appreciation strategy. I don't have any money saved up, currently building my credit through a car loan from chase and two credit cards. My parents agree with my plan of buying property and said they would help me after graduation, but im thinking i can just use the line of credit as a down payment now for a multifamily around campus and house hack. Would that be a good idea or should i be patient and graduate first?

Thank You

Hello BiggerPockets community!

My name is Bisrat Arega I'am 22 years old and I attend Eastern Washington University studying community health. If I could jump into real estate today i would but I have to make the parents proud and also have a backup plan, plus its too late to turn around now, I will be graduating in about a year. I would like to start my real estate investing ASAP but I know I have to plan and save. Exited to be apart of this community I'am an active listener!
