Hi Bishop,

Congrats on starting a new career-

Texas is a great place to be an agent.  The real estate market is strong with property value remaining high.

Thank you I highly appreciate it.

Quote from @Mackaylee Beach:

Define your real estate objectives and establish a checklist for better organization. Enhance your networking capabilities and build connections by participating in local gatherings and becoming a member of Facebook groups.

Will do and I appreciate the advice, as I start my RE agent career in the upcoming fall at Collin College.
Quote from @Jonathan Greene:

What's your plan as a new agent? Did you go with a small brokerage, big box, or cloud? This can affect how you scale up your business and training. What do you want to get out of being an agent? Are you trying to get into investing through that or are you looking forward to helping renters and buyers as you start?

I want a head start in my career with mentors and other agents who’d be willing to accept an apprentice under their wing. I start school at Collin College in the fall for real estate, so I’m looking for an on hand experience while I complete my scheduled courses.

Starting a career in the real estate agency, I’m looking to stumble upon new opportunities to learn and open an ear to some of the well established agents out there.
