I am looking at a multi family property in Phoenix. The owner currently pays all utilities. I would like to put the electric on individual meters. Does anybody know the cost to do that?

Hello all, I am looking at a historic building downtown Phoenix that needs a complete restoration. It would be a 6-8 unit condo and retail that is in a very trendy up and coming area. I have a few rental properties out of state but want to have a project local. I am looking for some advice and potential people to talk to her in Phoenix that have done this type of renovation. I am wanting to start doing direct mailing to apartment complexes in my area. What strategies are you using to get addresses and names of the owners of smaller complexes (under 10 units)
