Well that is a bummer. So if there is a restriction in place, does that include previously permitted STRs? You might be able to get it back, but if they banned all STRs regardless of permits, you are most likely out of luck.
Yeah they’re still permitting it, just not to residential so I’m trying to find a way around it. 😢

I'm looking into STR in Poconos and most townships do not allow STR but some of the ones that do, do not allow Residential properties. Are there any ways around this?
