Hey Ron, thanks for responding. Looking more for an investment partner. They invest in me, I do the ground work and also invest a small amount of my money. I’m in the short term rental game, don’t really want to go the hard money route because I normally keep my rentals a couple of years and make small improvements along the way to boost equity.
