Cody MacRae your find keep on plucking away at it! John Thedford all I see is you putting down wholesaler and think agents like you are the best and very ethical. Well I'm a investor/wholesaler and I have just ran into dishonest agent! And there are plenty out there. They by law have to present all offer to the seller but this particular agent was so money hungry he did not present my offer to the buyer just because it he thought it was low for him! My agent a good agent! Called the listing agent out on how to be ethical! So John if you would get off your high horse and don't try to discourage new investor and wholesaler and keep your opinion to yourself and don't post over 3000 posts about how bad everyone is and you are the best and think your bullying others are cool just to make you feel better about yourself! I wish there was a dislike button block button or even a harass button because you were fall in that category!

I don't know about you guys but wholesale is totally legal! I as a wholesaler put the buyer on a purchase and sale agreement on bases of I can assigned this out to another buyer if I so wish! Please check Washington state law before you say it is illegal! I have been doing this since the melt down of subprime. I'm doing this with my legal teams of lawyers and realtors.
