Thanks guys. I went and looked at it just awhile ago it's actually around 4400 sq feet. The bidding is up to $25k now about half the house is in fair condition and about half is in horrible disarray. Houses in the area sale for at least $100 a sq foot but I'm way under estimating the after rehab value just to be careful. It would def need a new roof as well.

 I'm new to flipping houses but there's a house in my area on Auction.com for $15,000. It's in pretty bad shape but if it was completely rehabbed and put on the market I'm thinking it could easily sell for $180k. So my question is, "How much would a full rehab be on a 3000 sq ft home?" Worse case scenario? Thanks.
