Am new at BP'S! Am new to flipping house getting the money ! At the seminar's they say you can have good credit bad credit and still accomplish your plans!
My new question for June 21, 2016 @ 9:10 AM IS SIMPLE! Am driving to the bank to make my daily deposits from my day business! I generate about 35,000 to 40,000 thousand a month for the bans to lend out it only seems fair they cut you in on the money you give them to make their own! Is there a way to get money from a hard lender to finance your deals ?
#2 while driving to the bank I see these signs all over town that reads I pay cash for homes! Who are these people? They are on every street corner? I have property that I can use for collateral either with a hard lender or a investor am told! Finding and putting these deals together to me is like a golf swing , step one , step two , and then you are in your way with driving the ball straight down the fairway! Learning the terms is tough! I'll get there through BP am hoping!
