Hello BP community

I would like firstly to say that this looks to be a very exciting network with limitless opportunities and courteous members that I have already learned a lot from by looking from the outside in, So Thank You! I look forward to learning/participating/growing with you in my new REI endeavor.

My Name is William Duncan "Billy" from Cypress, TX and although I do not have any authentic REI experience, I have rented out the first two primary residence homes that I purchased just as a logical thing to do at the time. Besides this I am a true rookie but looking to learn everything I can and make good connections to fill the high hopes and big plans I have for the future.

Hope to meet some of you soon when I can find some local meetings going on.
