Any interest in adding the Indianapolis market to your group?

Any interest in out of town properties that have management in place and rehabbed at wholesale prices?

We put the opposite in ours. We laminate the living areas and bedrooms and tile kitchen and baths in our turn keys that we sell because the laminate does not do well with water and if there are any leaks in baths or kitchens can cause a problem. Have not had a problem with broken tile but easy to replace if it does. 

I agree...No doubles! All of of my rentals are SFR, over $750 per month and that is also all we sell as turn keys.

We put laminate wood flooring in all of houses and tile in kitchen and baths. Cuts down on our investors cost when a tenant moves out since no flooring has to be replaced. Big savings. And looks great!
