Post: Can my fiancé but my house?

Here's my situation. Last year I purchased a distressed property and spent the past year fixing it up. I was going to try and sell the home so I can purchase 2 homes that I'm looking at. I'm also engaged and getting married in a few months. I wanted to refinance the property to get money out of it and put it into another house or 2 but Im in my early twenties and just out of college so I don't qualify for a mortgage. My fiancé however is a few years older, has a good work history and would qualify for a mortgage. She would also be a first time home buyer. We're getting married in February and she is moving down to Oklahoma from New Mexico. Could she purchase the property from me within the next month or two? Then we would live in this property and have still have cash to purchase investment properties that would take care of her mortgage. Would this work or are there any legal issues that I'm not seeing? Any comments or suggestions would be great. Thank you.
