Hi Victor thanks for getting back to me..this will be my first purchase there and there a few things I have questions about.. when I ask about comps or what the property last sold for it seems the answer I get is that it's not as accurate as to what we have here, is that true and how can I confirm last sold price.. Also do you recommend being represented by an attorney? I've read a few articles in the subject. Are you familiar with PALMAS Del Mar? Also what are the typical cost for home inspection, attorney fees & title insurance? Bill
