The county here has no zoning. But it sounds like you have to dig up all the utilities, so it might be better to build new anyway. 

I only moved to Midland about a year ago, so I don't have much first-hand knowledge. Obviously, no one knows the answer to your questions for sure, but it doesn't seem like too many people are leaving yet. I think oil and the real estate market here will come back. I'm more worried about the overall economy and the obscene money printing causing problems, which would affect the whole country.

Hello,

I live in an area where there are a lot of RV parks. Would it be economical to convert an RV park to a mobile home park if you got a good deal? I guess the amperage of the electrical service might be different. What might be some other issues?
