Hello everyone,

I'm  a newbie landlord.  Im looking for advice on banking.  I would like to establish a relationship with a financial entity so that i can get future loans all the while it handles my business banking needs.  I've heard on a BP podcast of a group that does and all in one but cant remember the name.  Any suggestions for a newbie im all ears.    Thanks everyone

Hi @Patti Robertson, thanks for the insight.  No I'm not a doctor, I'm a manufacturers rep who sells to them. I do know what rents are and yes they would cover mortgage. I have visited local credit union but seeing that my income is technically 1099 some need a couple years of statements as I've only started it for  1 yr now. My goal is to get multifamy units and or flips.

Thanks so much I love this BP site

Hello BP, My wife and I want to start to add more real estate to the portfolio. I want to add rentals and apartments for the residual income. I own a house that's on a fantastic cul de sac in arguably one of the best suburbs near Seattle- sammamish and I have good equity in house but debt from starting up my medical business. Heloc used to finance that business, so will need to be creative. I'd be willing to discuss partnerships. My goal here is I would like to use this house for the $$$ and get a bigger home, but Id like to rent it and it have to sell. Is there financing to get me in a house I want, while allows me to rent this? I know of bridge loans, not sure what lenders do that? Loved to hear what folks would do and suggest. Thanks Bill
