Yishi Zuo, I understand your desire for collateral. The first prototype will have all specified fixtures, finishes and products as My wife and I like and approve. That is for, if necessary for us to sell our existing home and move to the number one produced, which will be the first "model home". This would be an investor insurance policy should the sales and/or product success be substandard. That would cover most except the warehouse rental and miscellaneous overhead costs. I am meeting with my SEC attorney this week to make decisions as to path whether to seek private or a crowdfunding capital raise. As for cash flow, from sales; probably in year two and three which should match the timing for the housing market to reset past bottom of market and on to the stable appreciation side again. Bill

Have finished designs pending structural stamp.  First salvo to area investors, SEC atty says Crowdfunding probably best route. Three mil raise target for models relocated to permanent site. I WILL PAY FOR REFERRAL THAT LEEDS TO SUCCESSFUL PARTNERSHIP.
