Hi everyone,

I just joined BiggerPockets as I'm currently evaluating full service property management companies to rent out my vacation home on Cape Cod (Hyannis). I created a list with a mix of some of the bigger players (Vacasa, Evolve) as well as some of the more local/boutique companies. Am curious if anyone has recent experiences they can share working with any of these companies and learnings they can pass along to help inform my decision-making.

Hi Debbie - I'm curious to learn if you went with Evolve or Vacasa? I'm going through the same evaluation process you went through right now for my home on Cape Cod. I spoke with a Vacasa rep yesterday and am speaking with Evolve for the first time this afternoon. Am also evaluating more local/boutique property management firms in the area.
