Got an FHA loan for a mixed use building (so refinancing into conventional is not an option) last month. Signed a paperwork that stated that if your loan to value ratio is more than 90/10 at the time of purchase your PMI will stop after 11 years. That's the fastest way that I know

That sucks, I hope you have other properties to compensate for your losses.

I'm still going through the "how the #uck is thit legal?!" phase. I will try cash for keys too, hopefully it works. Would like to minimize time between the offer and the move out date.

my attorney just told me that in Chicago right now they are evicting for crimes and for endangering other tenants only.
