Hi All, my name is Bill and in getting into wholesaling here in Colorado Springs.Ive been in food service for over 24yrs and also have been a truck driver for over 9yrs mostly as a trash truck driver so i feel that this would be a awesome area to get in to. Ive been studying for over 5months and I was in a 6wk class to learn more so now i think Im ready for the new life style and if anyone has good input please let me know thanks . but Im  just wondering about how the definition of this is, Im starting wholesaling and someone said Im bird dogging cause I drive around to find properties to buy and help people.?

as a wholesaler what is some of the things you say when cold calling a owner to start a conversation? 

Hi all. Another thing i do is send a mailer to the address to let owner know your interested in property. if it comes back you can investigate some more. Assessors office only has a address that owner provides.  You somtimes need to be that detective.
