My goal is passive income. I think that my resources are at about the lower limit of MFH, but I'm not sure. I'll read your Beginner's Guide in the next day or two, along with "The Millionaire Real Estate Investor." I want to be appropriately aggressive about this, but I don't want to make any moves until I feel educated.
