This is a great thread. I love the information sharing with this question and as a Pit Bull owner I can clearly see the "Hateration" effect that the media spins out against this lovable breed but thanks everyone for sharing.

I can vouch for the REIA of Macomb County. It's a good bunch of folks.

Hi Darren,

I am on the fence about ordering Josh Cantrell's program. I am highly drawn to the unlimited private money that he says is  available through his asset based lending with no money out of my pocket (which is a huge selling point for me) but I am afraid to pull the trigger until I hear some unsolicited and honest feedback from someone who has been through the program. It sounds almost too good to be true! Please keep this thread informed if you have found any feedback at all.

To the newbies and also to the seasoned veterans alike, The smallest effort can yield the largest results. Since joining BP I have found myself just starting friendly conversations with complete strangers. (Believe me chatting with complete strangers that is a huge step for me!) I happen to be out and about runing errands recently and a random conversation turned into a huge opportunity for me. I wasn't looking to "interview" the person it was just polite conversation. But this person I spoke with has a hugh amount of real estate contacts. Those contacts had problems that needed to be solved. They were looking for a solution that I just happen to be able to solve or at least I knew people who could HELP THEM SOLVE THEIR PROBLEMS! to make a long story short...... I will be getting alot of future business from that innocent conversation. Just talk with people and show honest genuine concern and you will be amazed at the opportunities that will magically present themselves. Kirk out!
