Is anyone interested in looking further at the auction property in Saco? PIP came out today. Looks like the gross monthly income is about $38k, all apartments and restaurant/brewery leased, I think there is unleased office space. $91k in outstanding bills for tax and water/sewer. Requires a $50k cashier’s check to bid.

Hi, did you get any recommendations?  If not, I definitely can recommend investor-friendly agents.  Still working on investor-friendly lenders but have some that have worked well for me so far.

Just moved back to Maine after a 10 year journey around the country and ready to ramp up my portfolio!  Seems the best options at the moment are L/A, Augusta, and Gardiner.  Living in Durham.
