Listen everybody. I Have been doing his program for about 2 months now. Very informative, and takes you through the process step by step. John Fedro is very knowledgeable and very helpful and at your becking call. I have had some recent success and it is thanks to him. Great guy, great colleague.

I highly recommend it!

So long story short Im starting out in Investing and my partners and I had a falling out. Im moving to Jacksonville, FL to be near my family. Im thinking of getting my real estate license down there in hopes to learn the market as fast as possible and possibly become and appraiser afterward for some income. My other option is to learn the market on my own, attend REIA meetings and start wholesaling. Any experiences or suggestions?

@Jerry Kisasonak

Would you recommend I get a survey done on all properties I accumulate?

Thank you so much everyone!

Also should I have a surveyor come out and survey the land and should he, the seller, pay for it?

I've found a great deal on a duplex that I plan on living in and renting out. The only problem I have is dealing with contracts. I've never bought property and I was looking for contracts to download then have them approved by an attorney. Any suggestions on where to find legitimate contracts??

Thanks
