Bummer.
Entered wrong digit about my credit card last time when the price was 75 bucks. Transaction rejected.
Now the price is 125. Really sucks.

Price increased to $125? I read carefully on that page and it seems to me the price is $125, not $75

I have over 25 years of experience in real estate investing; I've been successful in flipping, buying and holding, commercial deals, short sales, and most recently real estate notes (they're a lot less hassle than properties - you're not dealing with tenants, townships, or repairs and you can buy much more with less money).
Message me if you want any specific advice in the real estate game. I was also a realtor and a broker at one point too, having a hand in most aspects of the business helped me realize where the most money is LoLl!
Good luck,
Dave
Thanks so much for the warm welcome! I will defintely do so. Through the years I learned that a tiny piece of advice would turn out to be invaluable guidance.

Tell me about it...
As much I hated the travel, the deadlines, the mid night oils, meaningless meetings, presentations and briefings, I loved those people that I worked with. They were the source of fun and motivation and they kept me going.

I am pretty new as well, been reading a ton on here and am at around 25 real estate books read in the past few months. Hope your stay is as productive as mine has been thus far.
What are your two degrees in?
I am from Southern California.
2 master degrees, 6-year CPA experience from one of the Big 4 accounting firms - guess what, I quit after I made manager last December because I just couldn't take the rat race anymore.
I have been looking for different type of projects to pursue for over a year now. First I attempted to buy a certain small business based on my knowledge and work experience on transaction due diligence; I was focused n the cash flow, the rate of return, how many years before I could get my money back etc... it didn't work out.
Long story short, after months and months of mental struggle, I filtered and filtered myself to seek out my real interest, something that would match my skillet, my financial goals and my personality. I decided to pursue real estate investment.
Step 1: education
Step 2: networking
Step 3: small projects possibly with a partner through networking stage
Step 4: repeat good practice, analyze mistakes and avoid them; do more.
Step 5: get broker license
Step 6: unknown
Step 1 starts here...
