Hey Shane,

Just curious, where are you seeing these? I'm in Fort Worth. I drive around in rural areas around the area quite often and don't see these like you are. Just curious.

I can find bargains in both office and strip shopping centers. What is a good way to attract tenants? I need ideas. (Besides free rent and incentives to leasing brokers) Is there anything besides just cold calling businesses that would be a good fit?

I used to manage storage units. They are one of the best types of real estate investment because there are no toilets,water or pets.

Well people, one of the largest metropolitan cities in the U.S. doesnt have zoning...Houston.

1) What is the best way to find equity partners?(outside of the people you already know routine)

2)And what is the best way to find retail tenants for a small strip shopping center? Cold calls?
