Hi! I am currently managing 2 STR of my parents which are working like cash cows. As I manage these rentals, I now have the confidence that I can manage other people's Listings or even do Airbnb Arbitrage.

For those people who first started or have experience in AirBnB arbitrage or managing other host's listings, How do you find them? and when you find them how do you structure the deal and how can I come out cashflowing? (Like do you self finance the furnishings, 50/50 cashflow, teach them how to do it)

Thanks! Much Love from the Philippines <3

You can checkout our listings on our facebook page Sunrise Properties (with a yellow background and red sun sketch)

Sounds like you are on your way if you are managing properties and they are cashflowing and things are going well. As well as helping your sister out. Sometimes it takes longer than you want but keep doing that and I would think your dad would love to make a return on his money.

Another thing to think about is doing the BRRR strategy once you get more experience and time under your belt. Buy properties in cash with your dads money and pay him interest, get the project done and refinance out and pay your dad back his cut plus interest. He is happy and you have a cash flowing property all to yourself.

Thank you for your kind words! I am interested in buying discounted properties and adding value to it. Will definitely look into the BRRR strategy! Thanks again!

You might want to run your numbers and show him how you're able to offer him better rates than the bank. Goodluck and have fun kapatid.

Thanks! Just started reading the new book “By the numbers” here in BP on how to analyze real estate properties. Would love to connect with filipino real estate investors also!

Hi! Im from the Philippines and currently managing my parent's 2 Condominiums and runs/manages it as STR. Currently, we are looking to buy a house/duplex/triplex near the university for my sister who starts college in 2 years. We plan to have it cashflow and have it ready by the time she is in college.

As of right now, my father is the one financing these deals and Im the one making it cashflow while being a full time college student. I want to own my rental property in less than 2 years also.

My question is do you guys have any advice on how to convince my father/investors to invest in me? What can I show to have their trust that I can make it cashflow while being a student?
