Interesting.  Thanks for the details.

I'm in Brooklyn, New York and RE is priced through-the-roof here.

Years ago, I was in Macon, Georgia and a little later in Wrightsville, Georgia, where I flipped a few deals.  Earlier, I was in North Florida, in Old Town, Florida, and I attended tax deed sales and made some money that way.  I even wrote an ebook about how to do this ... www.MakeBigProfitsFlippingFloridaLand.com  and www.FlipFloridaLand.com

If anyone has any suggestions of how I can earn money by finding properties here and getting them under an as-is, where-is "assignable" contract or get a finder's fee for them, please get in touch.

My skill sets include writing, building WordPress websites, photography, and finding creative solutions.

cheers,

Kris Kemp

Hi.  I'm a writer and part-time Real Estate investor who is currently living in Brooklyn, New York.  Keep in touch.

cheers,

Kris

Hi,
I sold a house to a tenant and her boyfriend on a Quit Claim deed. They registered the house in their name. Then, they quit making payments. When I called the county, the lady who answered said "you should've done a security deed" and explained that, in case of non-payment, I can proceed with foreclosure.
I already advertised the house for sale and have cash buyers, but need to get it back in my name in order to sell it. Can you help me? What are your suggestions?
Let me know. Thanks.
Kris
