I am very new to the arena of REI and was wondering where (besides this site) would be the best online resource for up-to-date real estate news and trends? Any recommendations will be helpful. Thanks in advance.

Thanks Ted. I hope things are going well in the Portland market. I had a question. How different are property values on each side of the state line? I used to live in the Kalama area and houses in Cowlitz county were pretty cheap. Does Portland command a high selling price? Also my wife and I also looked at some very large, beautiful houses in the Downtown outskirts. Very impressed. Look forward to speaking to you again.
