Yep If you do not want to pay big bucks you have to DIG for it yourself or pay someone to do it for you. People and businesses often do not want to be found and hide under layers. They want people to WORK to find them which often gets rid of people trying to sell them scammy stuff or make a quick buck. They want to weed out the lazy people and only deal with serious minded individuals.

Secretary of state a lot of times can find out who you are looking for but not always. I have had to track down deeds before and attorneys to find out who the owner is. Lot's of work but can be gold sometimes.

I don’t mind paying for it. I was interested in the trueowner unlock from reonomy however they seem attached to reonomy. Thanks for the tip though. I will certainly dig through the Secretary of State a little harder.

I had a trial for Reonomy and really liked their Trueowner feature as it unlocked the name and contact info for the owner of LLC. Does anyone know of a site I can use like it. I've already used the free sites like fastpeoplesearch and a lot of the numbers are wrong, there are multiple people who share the same names, and it's very time consuming having to look into tax records and llc searches. I've attached a picture to show what I'm looking for.
