Yes. I have a friend in that area that purchased a property this week and he asked me to reach out on BP. 

I am seeking recommendations for an experienced property manager in the Portsmouth and Suffolk areas.

At this point Option B is a better fit for my plans.

I'll be in the Huntsville area November 13 to 15. I'll be there to ride neighborhoods and meet RE professionals that are familiar with the market. I'm interested in meeting RE investors, property managers, contractors, local bankers, etc. If you would like to meet up and have lunch or coffee let me know. 

I'll also be in Birmingham, my home town, Nov 16 and 17 for the same purpose and would like to connect with RE pros there. 

If you are an out of state investor that's familiar with either of these markets feel free to recommend a local pro with whom you have done business.
