@Chad Johnson...I am much newer to REI than you...In fact I practically know nothing. But I do have one question - If you can buy a "trash house" at 1.00 and sell it for 2.00 why is that a bad investment?

Hello Friends,

Newbie in Katy/Houston area recently transplanted from New York.  Brand new to real estate.  Looking to learn as much as possible about wholesaling and flipping and build great professional relationships.
