Hello Everyone!

My name is Brandon Fox and I was born and raised in the SF Bay Area. I have been in Outside Sales for 7 years now and have the ability to work from home which is nice!

Main focus at this point is to soak in as much as I can on the topic of RE investing, specifically multi family while at the same time connecting with as many investors as possible.

Who knows, maybe I'll even find a partner or two on a few deals?

Any of you who live near in the SF bay area, I'd love to connect!

Thanks!

Brandon

@Dwight Jones How about you? Have you done any flips yourself?

@Jay Hinrichs I just listened to your BP podcast a couple days ago. For a newbie flipper such as myself, what are some materials you would recomend for me to dive into? Any lit bit of info or advice goes a long way!

@Michael Evans I sent you an invite. I'd love to chat with you further regarding fix and flips.

Thanks everyone!

Hi Everyone! I am located in Northern CA and after some serious conversations with a close friend of mine for years, we decided to partner up and start fixing and flipping homes, specifically in the East Bay market. My partner brings expertise in general construction and has done quite a few rehabs as his parents have been active single family RE investors for years. What I bring to the table is a very strong background in sales which I firmly believe can be transitioned into finding off market deals with little to no competition. Our ultimate goal is to "fix and flip" and build capital while slowly allocating that capital towards "buy and hold" apartment buildings.

My question is, being that we are basically brand new to this partnership and fixing and flipping in general, I want to be as proactive as possible and reach out to the TOP HOUSE FLIPPERS in Northern CA or any market for that matter. Basically the top guys that know what they are doing and can add tremendous value to newbies like us.

Any recommendations? Who should I reach out to directly? Thanks a ton, guys!

A great friend and I live in the east bay CA are looking to fix and flip in our very own backyard. Any good suggestions for newbies? Books to read? Podcasts to point out? Any and all feedback is greatly appreciated!!

Hello all,

I am basically brand new to the real estate arena even though I have been listening to BP podcasts on and off close to a year now. I currently work in outside sales making great money and want to start educating myself on multi-family investing and am ready to dive deep!

The goal is to invest in a 10+ unit apartment bldg. within a couple years..

Best book recommendations? Podcasts other than BP? Meet ups or REIA's in the bay area?

Much thanks!!
