@Ralph Corgain hi there,

I’m looking for start to get deals from a wholesaler to buy and hold, I saw in one post that you replied as a wholesaler. I live in Ashland , MA. Let me know when you have some deals

Thank you

@Aaron DiCaprio thanks for all replies. I hired a lawyer. He told me it will take another 2 months. The tenant moved out, his number has been off. I never thought that existed an insurance for this eviction

@Mike Franco the illegal roommate has been there for more than 30 days. The tenant was helping him because he was in and out of hospital due to a disease and now, he won’t leave

@Tony Hightower it looks like. But, I’m afraid of this escalates and it looks bad in an eviction process

I have a tenant who broke a leasing agreement for only all the reasons possible. Illegal roommate, disturbing behavior and non payment. I sent the 30 days notice to quit. In the last day of the notice he was hospitalized. Couples days after the end of 30 days he called and explained and asked me to open the door to his brother so he can get the tenant’s belongs. The problem is that now, the roomate that I’m said in the notice as one of the reasons to break the leasing agreement, won’t open the door for the tenats’s brother to get his stuff. Can I open the door, without problems? The roommate said he won’t leave. What to do?

@Brendan M.thanks Brendan. It helps a lot. I will try to get in contact and see if they finance in Massachusetts
@Brendan M.thanks I’m buying a multi family. Maybe a 3to 4 units, but I found a 9 units and that’s why I’m trying to get 20% instead of 25%
@Artem Lopatchenkothank you for replying. I do have an account from DCU, guess that I will need to check it out
I was wondering if are there any banks that would take 20% down for an investment property? I know the banks want 25% , but I was thinking in lower my down payment to afford a larger unit property, to get a better property and better rentals. Already talked to my broker, but he said it won’t be possible.

It is ceramic tiles. I was looking for something like a hardwood floor, but it could find to match the floor from the rest of the house.
