When becoming a Real Estate Wholesaler. What are the forms and documents needed for my business and how do I go about getting them?

Which is a better investment buying a home to fix up and rent or buying a mobile home or trailer to fix up and rent?

I would like to thank Joaquin Camarasa, Sam Shueh, Joe Villeneuve, Tyler Combs, and Dutch Langley for your much needed advice and wonderful encouragement when replying to my question about being to old to start investing in real estate.

This means alot!

I plan on continuing to learn everything I can about becoming a successful real estate investor. Your responses has given me the determination to not give up.

I also would like to apologize for taking to long in responding. Life kind of got a little bit in the way!

I am 61 years young.  I am starting from scratch with this industry. Am I to old to become a real estate investor?

Thank you Steve for answering my question about researching real estate investing mentors.

Your response was very helpful. Checking reviews when looking for a mentor is a very good starting point. One I will take under advisement.

Being  a newbie in Real Estate Investing. While doing my research. I have come across information suggesting at some point I will need to find a Real Estate Investor mentor.

How do I know when I have found the right mentor?

Are there questions I need to ask?  How will I now the right mentor is a good fit for me and l for her/him?

Good evening Mr. McNeil.

I want to really thank you for directing me in the right place with what I need to

do when learning about real estate and what I need to do to learn the business.

Good evening Jack,

I would like to thank you for the tip. I will definitely take your advise.

Just wondering. If I need help in the very near future. Can i pick your brain for some assistance?

I am new to Real Estate.  Would it be wise for me to get the feel of how Real Estate works by taking an Real Estate Investment course. Or should I make sure I have the money to invest  first. Or both?
