We did also here in Orlando. And we are going to join and jump in to learn ,share, give back and enjoy the rest of our life's!!! My first step is to learn how to successfully wholesale. Then by one year of 4 wholesales, two rehabs, two that we hold on for rentals. ROCK AND ROCK. Thank you for sharing

I am stepping out and found a house that has been sitting around for a while. Learned it belongs to a family trust. Ready to write a letter and start my first wholesale step. Is there a letter template I can see to help me set a clear intention to the Family handling the trust.

So interesting. Your travels are very similar to ours. My husband and I moved here from Hawaii 4.5 years ago. The Big Island No Ka Oi, I say. We are now in Altamonte Springs Florida and just turning our focus back onto investing in real estate. We had a vacation rental business back in Pahoa. I have also lived in Key West , Montauk Long Island , Wiscosin and grew up in L.A.

He everyone,

I know you just met me. And I mentioned that my husband and myself are heading full on into our business by the first of the year.

I have been doing a lot of studying. A lot. So much so that I have driven myself rather crazy with so many topics to learn about.

So after sharing what I was feeling last night, we both came to the conclusion that we need not wait for our finances to improve by the first part of next year. And learning a bit more about wholesaling , I decided to learn all about this area first.Phew.

So any pointers would be great. But I must say that there are so many wonderful experiences folks here on BP, I will keep my focus on these types of forums.

Also go out and meet as many people in the area as possible so we can create our team.

That sounds like such great advice. And we are both in Florida. Hello. We have our goals down and taking one step at a time. Learning to wholesale is on the top of our list. And we also want to get into multifamily investment homes here. With a niche to include retirees who want to have a extra income while they enjoy their retirement savings. Which will make their money last so much longer and have more to leave, if they choose , to their family. Win win.
