@Paul Choi. I have found groups, it’s just knowing which ones are legit, etc. That’s why I was wondering if anyone on here has had a good experience with a specific group, preferably not one in which they created.

Hi! Any recommendations for an accountant who can also help with tax planning, preferably can handle multiple states (specifically Texas & Illinois)? Investment properties & unrelated w-2 income.

I’m looking to potentially refinance a rental I already have & buy another rental property - 1031 exchange. Besides a mortgage broker & realtor, any other professionals that I should involve? Recommendations? (San Antonio/Austin, TX area)
