Hi - this was just the first estimate - we are asking other company's to look at it - We just cant seem to get our renters to understand the importance of soaker hoses - we ask them to tell us if something is wrong - yet they hardly ever do and then we just assume all is well and then we go by the houses for another reason and find that the soaker hoses are NOT working ... We hate to 'stop' by to check the soaker hoses but I guess that is just what we will need to do next summer. :(

Hi everyone - I was wondering if any of you had issues with foundation cracking here in the Dallas area? We put soaker hoses on all of our rental house with timers to go off once around 4am daily during the hot months. But they are always getting either run over with the lawn mower OR the water is being turned off -

We are now on our 2nd house that needs foundation work at the tune of 9,000! Does anyone know of a good way to get the foundation watered while having renters?

Thank you!

HI - @Seth Williams

What would you say is the best recipients to receive my post cards? We have bought a list of homes in our area with out of state home owners - Please let me know what you think.

Thank you,

Beth
