I'm looking for a calculator that is more geared for house hacking with a LIVE-IN situation. I'm looking at buying a 2 or 3 bed that I myself would also live in and I want to see what my cash outlay/net worth/etc looks like as compared to putting money in stocks vs renting vs buying and living somewhere myself. I found a hack vs buy vs rent excel doc but it just doesn't take into account my specific scenario. Neither does this one:https://sparkrental.com/free-h... Have any recommendations on where I could find that particular excel or calculator?
