@Derald Everhart my actual market in in Southern Prince George's like District Heights, Temple Hills, Oxon Hill area. Lots of good potential and with the casino coming in due time I believe that area will be booming.

@Ben Grotte my target area would be pg county since that's all I know. I see Baltimore is always having major deals in the city. I would like to get into some rehabbing as well.

My, name is Brendan Taylor and I am fairly new to real estate investing. I bought my first rental property in 2011 and sold it in 2014. A lot was learned with that being my first venture, neatless to say I over came a lot of obstacles. Looking forward to networking and meeting others with like minds.
