I'm not picking places to invest based on whether I can put bandit signs up or not. Just trying to use this as one source of advertising. What do you suggest besides bandit signs as a good ethical form of advertising?

Dave & Beth, thanks for the response. I'm new to this game and trying to figure out a way to connect with good cash buyers that can buy my deals. Do you mind sharing your techniques on getting cash buyers since bandit signs doesn't sound like an option without getting fines!

Trying to figure out which counties in Maryland prohibits bandit signs placements. I've tried googling for answers and I'm confused more than ever with complicated rules / laws about this subject. Anyone here had experience with putting signs up with success and no fines? Where is it allowed and do I need a permit?
