Hi, My name is Bernard and I'm Looking for a real estate agent/lender in Jersey City with a good understanding of house hacking. I'm interested in househacking a triplex or a duplex with a finished basement somewhere in NJ other than Newark/Paterson. I would really prefer to be 1-2 hours away from NYC as I work in the city 2-3 days a week. Cash flow would be nice, but my main priority is to just cover my housing expenses live as a close to free as possible. Any responses are greatly appreciated!

I’m interested in buying my first property and house hacking in fairfield county CT. I’m looking to get a duplex or a triplex. I chose fairfield county as my market because I Work in the City and still need to be able to get to my office 2-3 days a week. Cash flow would be cool but i’m really just looking to live for free for now or atleast be 80% covered. Any tips from people have done it or know someone who is currently doing it in Connecticut would be greatly appreciated!!

Im looking to start investing in Multi Family Properties in Binghamton, and Im seeing some properties with great numbers.

Any current investors have found success in Binghamton?

Anyone know any knowledgeable real estate agents in Binghamton that are familiar with multifamily investing? I'm mostly looking for cash flowing turn-key properties

Welcome! I have a bunch of clients doing really well in Bing. The market is a bit strange at the moment- recent zoning shakeups and low inventory- but investors are navigating it, remaining patient and jumping on good deals. There’s a lot to say about the area, do you have any specific questions?
I see that majority of the multi family houses that have great numbers are pretty cheap and are built in the early to mid 1900s.

In your experience do these older houses lead to alot of maintenance down the road?

What are good neighborhoods to invest in?

Hello

I’m 21 years old Set to graduate in May with my bachelors in accounting. I’m going back to school for my masters in taxation. By May 2020, I’ll have my masters, a good portion of my cpa complete and I already have a job lined up in Real estate taxation.

I’m really interested in getting started real estate but I have no idea where to begin. I want to begin wholesaling but I don’t even know where to start. All I want to have atleast one rental property by 25 or 2022 but i live new york city and i know this market is not the best. Any help or suggestions is greatly appreciated! Thanks!
