makes sense I just know people always think something making the bill higher. But thanks I wasn’t thinking that way.

Yes I keep it plugged in cause it’s vacant right now. But when a tenant moves in it’ll be running on their electricity is there away I can write that in their lease? cause basically they’ll be paying for the sump pump.

Hello Newbie here I have a unit with a sump pump in the basement can only access it by going into the unit to get down there. My question is can I write in the lease for the tenant just to have it plugged up on rainy days so the basement won’t flood or is that something that I would have to deal with ? Also I’m in Delaware
